Pick your hardware

Booked by 12 SEP
A quadcopter hovering in flight, its pilot on the controller behind it
01

Drones

Anything that leaves the ground. Book a platform, strap your idea to it, and prove it flies before pitch day.

Flight · FPV · autonomyNVIDIA
A machine shop with lathes and tooling along the wall
02

Underwater Drones

The same problem with worse physics. Submersible platforms for teams whose product starts where the signal ends.

Submersibles · ROV rigs
A robot arm at a welding station
03

Humanoids

The hardest form factor in the building. Put hands, balance, and your software on a machine shaped like its operator.

Bipeds · teleop · balance
A yellow industrial robot arm on a factory line
04

Cobots

Teach an arm to do something useful. Collaborative cells, grippers, and 48 hours to make one earn its place on a line.

Collaborative arms · grippers
A person operating a workshop machine
05

AR

Hardware you look through instead of at. Build the layer between the machines in this house and the people running them.

Headsets · spatial interfaces

06

Mobile Platforms

Rovers, carts, and anything that carries a payload somewhere it should not go. Ground vehicles for products that move.

Wheels · tracks · payloads

Not on the list? Teams are not limited to these categories. Propose your own idea with your own equipment — we will help you build it with what the house has, or arrange delivery of what it does not.

The print farm

Inventory / Hacker House

Whatever category you booked, the full fleet below is available to every team for the entire hackathon — not a demo behind a rope. Design it one day, hold it the next. The printers go first.

QTY 01
Formlabs 4L
Large-format SLA for the parts that have to be right. Book it early — its jobs run long.
QTY 01
BambuLab H2D
Dual-extrusion printing: supports that dissolve, parts in two materials, one job.
QTY 01
BambuLab P1S
The enclosed workhorse. ABS and ASA without warping, fast enough to iterate between meals.
QTY 02
Bambu A1
Two of them, so the queue for quick brackets and enclosures never blocks a real job.
QTY 01
Anycubic Resin
For detail an FDM head cannot hold. Wash and cure station beside it.
OPEN
Your Own Rig
Not limited to the list. Bring your own equipment, or tell us what you need and we arrange delivery.

How it works

All dates 2026

The funnel NOW — 19 SEP

NOWJoin the wait-list on HackLab and pick the hackathon.
12 SEPBook the hardware your project needs.
12 SEPNo team? Find 3–5 teammates on the platform, with an AI assistant doing the matchmaking.
12 SEPSubmit the startup idea you will prototype on the booked hardware.
19 SEPOrganizers accept teams. Results go out.

The house 26—28 SEP

26 SEPMove into the house. The clock starts — 48 work hours.
27 SEPBuild. The lab, the print farm, and the media floor run all day.
28 SEPPitch day — private investors and venture fund partners.
28 SEPThe ecosystem chat opens, and the house keeps running as a hacker house.

Investors and venture partners walk the floor for the whole run, not just on pitch day — they see teams in action, at their benches, while the product is still being born. Have something you can show in two minutes.

05

One house, four forces

The ecosystem
BUILD
Founders
Build a product with their hands, not on slides. The strongest teams are invited to stay in the house after the weekend.
WATCH
Investors
Private investors and venture fund partners see teams in action all weekend, not in a deck after the fact.
SUPPLY
Factories
Hardware partners provide the machines, watch real use cases of their products, and meet their next long-term founders.
RECORD
Media
On the floor for the whole run — filming builders, talking to guests, documenting products being born in real time.

The hackathon is the entry point, not the product. When it ends, everyone — participants, partners, investors, media — joins one open ecosystem chat, and the strongest founders are invited to keep building in the same house.
